Construction will begin soon in the "Sunshine City", of St. Pete Beach; home of white sand beaches, warm Gulf water, and Southern Hospitality. St. Pete Beach is on the Pinellas Peninsula between the Gulf of Mexico on the West and Tampa Bay on the East.
